Ice fishing is an entirely different game. Instead of your hands getting roasted and toasted by severe sun, they can get frozen by wet and severe cold. Nobody else makes a line of ice fishing gloves and mittens designed specifically for the ice fisherman. Or, for that matter, a line of gloves for cold weather open water fishing either. Nobody, that is, other than Fish Monkey!
