Fish Monkey Gloves has a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all purchases made on our website. Please email our customer relations team using our contact form to initiate your return or exchange. Once initiated, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used on the contact form. When we receive your returned item(s) we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them first directly for more information.

Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
